Return Policy
Returns
Any requests for the return of goods purchased from Gem Speed must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the vehicle, it cannot be returned. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time. Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases- no cash refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only offer refunds/exchanges on items that are damaged when you receive them or are defective. If you purchase an item and then decide that you don’t want it, we are not able to do a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to a Gem Speed warehouse.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Used or Damaged Merchandise
- Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike.
- Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Items not covered under warranty at the sole discretion of Gem Speed’s Exhaust include but are not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused due to improper installation.
- Damage caused due to fitment with any other aftermarket items.
- Any type of crash damage.
- Damage due to improper maintenance or muffler packing maintenance.
- Material finish or rust due to salt exposure, inclement weather conditions, exposure to solvents or chemicals or lack of customer care and maintenance.
- Shipping and or labor expenses
- Any damages, consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any GEM’s Exhaust system or product.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay and Paypal.
What’s your return policy?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Gem Speed reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gem-speed.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
